“For years I worked on the developer side of big projects, so it’s a great honor to bring that perspective and expertise to build trusted relationships with FCL’s developer customers.”

Ryan Gallagher

Director of Project Development

Near the end of 2024, Ryan joined FCL to develop a robust slate of warehousing and distribution projects throughout the Midwest, including his home base of Illinois, Ohio, the Dakotas, Tennessee, and everywhere between. He also collaborates on projects in Colorado with his colleagues in the Arizona office. Ryan spent much of his career in the developer role of major commercial and industrial projects, so now he can apply that expertise to delivering a superior customer experience for his clients.

Ryan’s big-picture thinking, resourcefulness, and attention to detail help him manage a wide range of teams and collaborators to usher projects from the earliest discussions, through market search, proposals & presentations, straight into production once everything is approved. Even when he hands the reins over to FCL’s production teams, he remains in touch with customers and can answer questions and troubleshoot issues anytime he’s needed.

In 2020, he joined Amazon, and worked with the company throughout the pandemic to steadily grow their supply chain infrastructure. That led to a two-year term with Molto Properties as Director of Construction & Development where his project scope included facilities ranging from a few thousand square feet to a million+.
