The Goal Equinix, a global colocation company, had almost 300,000 SF of colocation across five buildings, including the CH3 Data Center in Elk Grove Village, outside Chicago. CH3 is situated close to the Equinix Financial ecosystem and offers connectivity to Equinix Cloud Exchange.
FCL Delivered The development met strategic and operational objectives, in a three-story pre-cast concrete building with indoor chiller rooms on the first floor and a series of power rooms in the upper levels. CH3 was one of the early data centers in what is the fourth-largest primary data center market in the U.S.
