Robert joined FCL in 2020 to expand FCL’s geographic presence in the western U.S. Under his leadership, FCL overcame challenges of a global pandemic and successfully opened new offices in Northern and Southern California to serve customers in multiple states.

Robert brings tremendous industry knowledge, leadership, and deep relationships. He is also a builder of teams and long-standing partnerships, and he has a long track record of choreographing a collaborative construction process from pre-construction to final inspection.

He can routinely be found on project sites to check progress, add support, and work through issues. He also enjoys being in the community, meeting with owners, architects, subcontractors, and potential equity partners. Robert is also highly supportive of FCL team members developing their career at the company through exciting assignments, training & development, onboarding, mentoring, and shadow opportunities.

Robert has spent his entire career in the construction industry in a variety of field and leadership roles. Much of his experience focused on pre-construction and aligning all parties involved to create detailed oversight plans to mitigate unnecessary costs and delays. His project experience is extensive, spanning large-scale developments across the industrial, residential, office, hospitality, retail, medical and institutional markets.
