Vice President of Human Resources

After consulting with FCL for several years, Lisa officially joined the company in 2022 to lead FCL’s people strategies. As VP of Human Resources, Lisa is responsible for all HR functions, talent acquisition & retention, well-being, and culture.

She brings to the role deep expertise in strategy, the inner workings of company cultures, and organizational development. Notably, under Lisa’s leadership and support, FCL was recognized with the Great Place to Work® certification in 2023.

As a result of her culture successes, Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® invited Lisa to join its Advisory Board and later head the organization’s Peer Affinity Group in Chicago.
