Kelly joined FCL in 2021 to open the Arizona office and lead the delivery of services and expansion of operations across the Southwest. With over 25 years of construction management and leadership experience, he brings tremendous depth and expertise to our team and clients.
Under his leadership on multiple listings, FCL attained recognition as one of the top commercial contractors in the state of Arizona. Above all, Kelly takes the most satisfaction working in collaboration with clients, design partners, teammates, and trade partners. Together, they break down challenges to complex projects and create solutions and opportunities that didn’t exist before.
Prior to FCL, Kelly served as both President and Executive Vice President at Renaissance Companies. His field experience is extensive, spanning almost every industry role. He began as a laborer in high school and worked his way up to engineer, superintendent, pre-construction, project management, and eventually the executive suite. This career path affords Kelly intimate knowledge of the many facets and challenges inherent in the construction process. Through collaboration and trusted partnerships, his teams deliver successful outcomes and experiences for everyone involved.
