Jeff Bonfoey

Regional Vice President, Northeast

Jeff heads FCL’s Northeast region, overseeing offices in Baltimore, Boston, and Philadelphia. He brings to the role extensive business acumen, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to execute on complicated work from years of experience with large-scale industrial projects.

During his career, Jeff has held the positions of Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Vice President. While working at one of the country’s largest private industrial developers, Jeff was engaged on large-scale projects in three countries. Given his range of experience, he brings to the table a solid understanding of diverse stakeholder perspectives and a track record for driving positive outcomes and building rapport in difficult, high stakes negotiations.

Jeff is passionate about business strategy, the geographic diversity of the northeast, and building relationships across the region to drive FCL’s business and those of FCL clients forward.

Jeff’s experience spans cold storage facilities for pharmaceuticals, produce and flowers, brownfield to greenfield developments, high flow-thru industrial warehouses as well as specialized warehouses outfitted for flight simulators, package sorting, and U.S. Mail. Many engagements involved complex infrastructure improvements for roads, taxi-lanes, aircraft parking, and fuel farms.

An avid outdoorsman, Jeff enjoys fishing, camping, woodworking and being with family. He lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his wife and two children.
