John
John leads the growth, management, and operations across the Midwest Region. He is engaged in all facets of our business from strategic planning, to staffing and talent development, and he works working closely with FCL’s Pre-Construction and Business Development teams to drive new opportunities, successful project outcomes, and client satisfaction.
He joined FCL in 2013. Since taking the reins of the region in 2021, he’s expanded the company’s footprint, project portfolio, and client base significantly across the Midwest.
John has 25-years of industrial real estate experience and has held positions across multiple geographies in estimating, pre-construction, project management, field operations and leadership roles. This depth of experience and range of perspective afford him deep understanding into diverse stakeholder priorities, the investments at stake, and all that’s involved in successfully executing and delivering a complex project because he’s lived it.
