Gerardo Marra is FCL’s Director of Operations in the Northeast and market leader of the FCL Philadelphia office. He orchestrates the full lifecycle of complex design-build work and aligns design intent, construction execution, and end user outcomes. He is known for building the right teams at the right time, thoughtfully staffing projects so every phase has the expertise, capacity, and accountability it requires.
Gerardo drives consistent adherence to FCL procedures to keep performance predictable, safe, and compliant. He engages directly with clients to anticipate concerns early and resolve issues decisively, protecting schedule and budget while maintaining momentum. Across industrial, hospitality, complex lab and vivarium work, his guiding principle is a dedication to excellence, measured in quality, reliability, and a delivery experience that earns repeat trust.
Gerardo Marra brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry to his role as Director of Operations at FCL Builders. Over the past 10 years, he has progressed through roles including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, giving him a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of every phase of the construction process.
Gerardo’s experience spans a diverse range of project types, including historic renovations, high-rise buildings, higher education facilities, pharmaceutical and laboratory environments, tourism and hospitality projects, sports facilities, and industrial developments.
Known as a well-rounded, outside-the-box thinker, he is valued for his ability to solve complex challenges while building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and teams, cultivating these relationships throughout his career.

Outside of work, Gerardo enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for cars, with a particular appreciation for both vintage models and modern sports cars. He also enjoys traveling and recently returned from a trip to Italy, though he most often gravitates toward mountain destinations. Gerardo lives with his wife and their dog, Milo, and values time spent exploring new places and making memories together.
