Caleb oversees operations for the Midwest Region. He works with the project management and field staff to ensure successful project delivery. Caleb joined FCL Builders in 2014 as a Project Engineer. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Illinois State University. Caleb worked on a variety of projects in his path from Project Engineer to VP, Operations. Servicing development partners and end users including cold storage, e-commerce and warehousing clients. He enjoys the construction coordination process in order to achieve client needs within the constraints of the project.
