Jeff joins FCL Builders with over 30 years of experience in the industry. His responsibilities include Business Development as well as Pre-Construction, where he establishes relationships for FCL Builders in Arizona and the Southwest and procures new business for the region.

In his Pre-Construction role, Jeff manages the coordination of project design in conjunction with the end-users needs, contract management with respect to negotiations and purchasing of subcontracts, management of client concerns, and strict implementation of FCL procedures for each and every project.
