Jay joined FCL in 2014 as a Project Superintendent, working on projects in four FCL regional offices: Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, and Baltimore. He became Vice President of Field Operations in 2018 and, a year later, was promoted to Associate Vice President of Construction. In his current role, Jay oversees all FCL field operations including project site and product quality management, scheduling of trades, and the management of site maintenance and safety. He oversees coordination management and procedure implementation for all FCL projects in conjunction with the project management team and Regional Vice Presidents.
Jay began his construction career in 1993 as a Project Superintendent. Prior to joining FCL, he worked for several contractors in overseeing pre-construction and construction. He demonstrates a keen ability to see multiple projects from beginning to completion while handling detailed scheduling and coordination issues.
