Greg
Greg brings over 12 years of experience with him to FCL Builders. His responsibilities include the coordination of the design of the project in conjunction with the end-users needs, contract management with respect to negotiations and purchasing of subcontracts, management of client concerns, and strict implementation of FCL procedures for every project. As Director of Project Development, Greg is involved with projects from conception to completion, acting in a Project Executive role when he is on the project team.
Prior to joining FCL, Greg was a project engineer and an assistant project manager for construction companies in the South. He joined FCL as a Project Manager and became a Director of Project Development in 2021.
