Gary has direct oversight of FCL’s finance and accounting department, internal controls, risk management, cash management, legal, IT, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). As a member of the executive committee, he is instrumental to decisions regarding the company’s future direction and all strategies guiding the company’s steady growth and geographic expansion.
As a CPA with more than 40 years of experience, Gary brings skill and insight in managing complex financial structures, risk mitigation and tax strategies, mergers & acquisitions, and ESOPs. He has deep expertise in navigating challenging regulatory environments and geographically diverse businesses. Gary is passionate about cross-functional collaboration, consensus building, and creating win-win scenarios.
Before joining FCL, Gary spent 40+ years in senior financial roles for middle-market firms in the construction arena. He also worked for several years as a CPA in Public Accounting, where his primary focuses were construction and real estate firms.
