David Calzone

David was hired as the Project Executive of the Pennsylvania office for FCL before his promotion to Associate Vice President. He is a highly experienced executive with expertise in the execution and overall management of all phases of the construction process. He is responsible for the overall operation of FCL’s Philadelphia office operations, large-scale project development, education, municipal, recreation, office building, retail, industrial/distribution, project management, estimating, pre-construction, field supervision, business development, client presentations, contract negotiations, hiring, training and monthly reporting.
