David
David was hired as the Project Executive of the Pennsylvania office for FCL before his promotion to Associate Vice President and Market Leader of FCL’s Philadelphia operations, and then to Vice President of Operational Excellence in 2025.
He is a highly experienced executive with expertise in the execution and overall management of all phases of the construction process. As Vice President of Operational Excellence, David is responsible for driving organizational performance through strategic process improvement, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives. He designs and executes programs that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and profitability while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability across all business units at FCL.
Prior to joining FCL, David had 20 years of experience in project management with construction companies in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
