Chris partners with our existing clients as they explore prospective opportunities to expand their real estate portfolios for greater business impact. He brings to his work a deep passion for the industry and an impressive background in construction management and project execution.

Chris joined FCL as a Project Manager in 2012. After successfully delivering industrial projects for companies like Home Depot, FedEx, and other global brands, he was promoted to his current position. As Vice President of Project Development, Chris serves as a strategic advisor to clients engaged in repeat business with FCL. Day to day, he’s dedicated to building long-lasting customer relationships and working closely with pre-construction teams to ensure a smooth transition to production to protect customer investments throughout the building process.

 

Chris grew up in the industry. After earning a series of industry internships during college, he began his career as an estimator. Clients and FCL teams today benefit from Chris’s depth of knowledge and two decades of experience, success with large-scale developments, and his appreciation for differing stakeholder perspectives.

Before the call of construction, Chris was a competitive hockey player throughout school. He eventually played as an interim goalie for a professional team. Today, Chris lives in Manhattan, Illinois with his wife and three young children, who are following in his footsteps as avid fans of fishing, boating, and hockey.
