Larry joined FCL in 2013 with extensive construction management and executive leadership experience. He is a member of FCL’s senior executive team and, as COO, leads FCL’s construction operations nationally and ensures the consistent delivery of the FCL Experience. Under Larry’s watch, FCL has been awarded multiple regional awards and national rankings.
Larry has spent his 30+ year general contracting career building complex structures and longstanding trusted relationships. What matters most to him is doing whatever it takes to deliver a job well done—on time and on budget with a higher degree of quality and safety for everyone involved and an experience customers want to come back for again and again.
Clients benefit from Larry’s extensive knowledge that spans project management, pre-construction expertise, field supervision, estimating and contract negotiations, risk management, quality assurance, long-term strategy, and relationship management. His work is diversified across the development and construction of large-scale industrial, e-commerce, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
