With a long career in developing solutions for a wide range of projects, Ken’s role as Regional Vice President involves assisting project teams to deliver what clients envision. Over the years, he has built strong relationships through numerous project collaborations.

Ken is a strategic thinker who continually explores creative ways to prove the FCL experience by saving clients’ money, meeting their needs, and expediting schedules.

Experience

Ken has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has developed many strong, repeat partnerships with clients, designers, and trade contractors. Ken has over a hundred projects under his belt, worth more than a billion dollars. His experience spans industrial warehouses, cold storage facilities, manufacturing, data centers, and life science markets.

 

In his role as Regional Vice President, Ken actively oversees pre-construction, estimating, and construction in the Northeast Region at FCL, spanning from Maine to Virginia along the east coast of the US. He checks for consistency by reviewing all contracts and schedules, comparing them to past project successes, and assuring continuity.

Ken loves outdoor and water activities. He enjoys sailing, golfing, fishing, and swimming at Lewes, Delaware, and spending time with his wife, three children, and the family collection of dogs and cats.
