John oversees all operations for the eastern regions at FCL, including the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast regions. He works closely with FCL’s Pre-Construction, Production, Field Operations, Safety, Quality, and Technology teams to streamline processes, elevate predictability, and enhance the experience we provide to clients, partners, and employees.
He joined FCL in 2013. Before starting his position as Senior Vice President, Operations, he took the reins of the Midwest Region in 2021 as Regional Vice President, and expanded the company’s footprint, project portfolio, and client base significantly.
John has 25-years of industrial real estate experience and has held positions across multiple geographies in estimating, pre-construction, project management, field operations and leadership roles. This depth of experience and range of perspective afford him deep understanding into diverse stakeholder priorities, the investments at stake, and all that’s involved in successfully executing and delivering a complex project because he’s lived it.
