Jeff
In Jeff’s role as Regional Vice President of the Mountain West, he oversees all activities in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and beyond, from business development through construction and delivery of the project.
Jeff has over 30-years of industry experience, starting as a project engineer in Portland, and working on a variety of projects throughout the western U.S. including parking garages, casinos, prisons, ski lifts, high rise condos, and the Rose Garden Arena for the Portland Trailblazers. Jeff’s industrial experience dates to his first project after graduation on site at a manufacturing/test facility for Boeing and continued with paper mills, large parts machining plant, and dry and refrigerated distribution facilities.
Jeff was part of the start up team for the Arizona office and initially led the business development and pre-construction efforts to build relationships and provide the high quality ‘front end’ services our developer and corporate clients require. A thorough understanding of the development process, the market and pricing factors provides the insight needed to be a trusted advisor and partner to our clients. By playing an active role in the planning and design phase Jeff works to manage the budget and keep the design flow efficient for complete scope ‘no-holes’ budgets.
In addition to FCL duties Jeff is very active in the industry serving on local and national committees with NAIOP, economic development serving as an ambassador with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and teaching young builders through the local construction trade association.
