Before joining FCL, Ardian had extensive sales and business development experience within the Southwest’s industrial construction sector. He contributed significantly to a major design build MEP firm in Texas, and he played a pivotal role in diverse projects spanning various industries, such as food and beverage, life sciences, chemical, cold storage, and automotive.
