Jeff Bonfoey serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy for FCL, helping develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy, working with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess the competitive landscape. His efforts in helping to shape FCL’s future vision, purpose and direction, overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring resource alignment, fostering innovation, and driving organizational transformation will help the company to achieve sustained success for years to come.
With a career spanning field operations, project management, and executive leadership, Jeff brings a unique perspective that bridges the execution of projects with long-term business strategy. He started his career at FCL in 2016 as a Regional Vice President heading up the Northeast region that not only expanded the company’s footprint, but project portfolio and client base.
Jeff’s experience spans cold storage facilities for pharmaceuticals, produce and flowers, brownfield to greenfield developments, high flow-thru industrial warehouses as well as specialized warehouses outfitted for flight simulators, package sorting, and U.S. Mail. Many engagements involved complex infrastructure improvements for roads, taxi-lanes, aircraft parking, and fuel farms.
