Kelly joins FCL Builders with over 25 years of construction experience, having held positions as President, Executive Vice President, Project Director, Sr. Estimator, Sr. Project Manager, Superintendent and Project Engineer in the construction industry.

Kelly oversees FCL Builders’ Phoenix office and his responsibilities include the overall management and decision-making for the region. He is very active during all phases of project development, design and construction, focusing on the needs of FCL’s clients. Kelly is at all times fully committed to providing the best overall construction experience for FCL’s customers.
